Yoga And Relaxation - Using Tibetan Singing Bowls

In general terminology, relaxation means that we leave ourselves free of worry. Peaceful mind might imply that the mind is not enduring tension or vigorous. In today's livelihood, this appears hard. Isn't it? These days, majority of us consider to be undergoing anxiety during most part of the week & relax simply on the weekends. This is recognized as the usual means of life. Is this the appropriate method of livelihood? Is having a calm life forever not our freedom? Lets salvage it.

Terrible pressure -

If you ask any person that whats the reason that he/she going through strain throughout the week, what reply do you look ahead to receive? I have a huge amount of chores to accomplish, deadlines to complete, job to be done, organize for the new initiative etc. Don't you consider that something resembling this will be the reply?

Lets confer why majority are under tension most of the time. At a certain time in our living, when we are running after the intentions we lose our tradition of sitting back & thinking. We develop the tendency for providing mechanical replies. If were caught in a traffic blockage, our retort is - either to worry about the chores in front, or blame the arrangement or any such pessimistic deliberation. Not most of us imagine - All right. If the traffic is jammed, let me rest, pay attention to some nice music, or transfer to some childhood recollections, remember good friends, let me make the finest use of the time to settle down & benefit from livelihood. Not most of us respond in this way. We respond in worried way each time stumble upon any comparable circumstance. This tendency is taking a big effect on our class of livelihood.

Worry - A means of existence.

Weve taken pressure as a manner of livelihood. Not many of us ponder why trying to work at such a hectic speed & if in the end, were going to go away from this world with a number of unfinished responsibilities, why not in the least do things in a comfortable way? What is the point of working so much , if we slaughter all the joy. In seeking of a improved future, we slay the present. Is it not?

Anxious work setting, strained family life, no time to simply walk around doing nothing but watch the nature...Why? Its as if we want to realize most in the shortest feasible extent and thus have no time to settle down Functioning non-stop throughout the week is a manner of livelihood for a huge majority. The rise in the number of cardiac attacks, despair etc, are all the effects of this anxious lifestyle. When we get stressed, we look around for the most up-to-date stress busters, latest therapies, etc. to defy the tension.

Also by the time the week gets over, we again go out somewhere to relax. Sometimes vacations also tire, do they not?

Why not lead a unperturbed life throughout the week? Why not work in a comfortable shape of mind? Why get strained? Mulling over our own life is very essential if we want to recoup our liberty to survive serenely. Will it be of use, if we bring a few striking sights of scenery on our computers? Will it help, if we take time to observe a butterfly flying on our screens? The splendor of a colorful flower. Can it make us little serene?
