Then you add some maple syrup - it is important to ensure that this is grade B and before you know it, you have made yourself a great drink.

As a result of all of these ingredients, you can get an interesting taste that is sometimes sweet, sometimes spicy. It is a good thing that this tastes nice because you have to have eight of these everyday instead of eating. In addition, you have to make sure that you take in the same amount of water and there are also other parts of the diet to help with your digestion. The diet can be adhered to for between ten and forty days, depending on what you want to achieve.

It is very important that you decide why you want to do this regime. If it is just for weight loss then you should maybe reevaluate. Weight loss is more like a bonus side effect from the diet. The chief benefit is that you are cleansing your digestive system and giving it a chance to reprogram itself.
