Tantric Massage

Tantra yoga is similar to many forms of yoga. Tantric yoga however is different in that it is aimed to make one feel happy sexually and be in a relaxed state. This in turn is believed to have overall health benefits. Pleasurable experience is seen as the way toward personal growth and development. Tantric yoga lies at the core of tantric massage practices and only the unenlightened and the ignorant, unaware of this, have degraded it towards other ends.

Tantric yoga is meant to help one attain to spiritual strength, draw inspiration and attain wisdom and eternal bliss. While it is true that tantra yoga may bring about heightened sexual feelings, this is not the main aim of the yoga practice. Such effects are usually seen as bonuses to the whole tantra yoga experience.

In tantric massage or tantra yoga, the manhood is generally referred to as the Lingam. This word means the wand of light. The woman?s parts are called yoni which is word for sacred space. The use of lingam and Yoni when practicing tantric yoga massage is seen as part of the whole thing.

While some masseuse may prefer one to be naked, it is not always the case. One may decide to cover his Lingam or her Yoni. Tantric music is used that includes gentle music that helps to banish all thoughts during this healing process.

During the actual massage, one is expected to lie on his or her back. The legs should be apart and a cushion is placed under the hips. A lubricant is then used during the massage. The massage is done all over the body with particular attention being paid to the Lingam and the yoni.

While attention is given to massaging these parts with oil, the massage is also done to the other body parts. The state of relaxation can only be achieved by involving the entire body. Massaging the entire body is thus crucial despite the lingam and the yoni getting more time being devoted to them.

Tantra yoga is known to stimulate the body?s circulation, detoxify the body of harmful substances through the breathing that is practiced in the tantra yoga, strengthen the cardiovascular system of the body as well as the immune and nervous systems of the body and the endocrine system. All of these lead to an improved lifestyle, longevity and rejuvenation.

When the right tantric music is used, yoga can take a person to new heights. Desire is the motivating force behind this practice. While most practice denounce desire, tantric yoga embraces it as natural and is used to lead to the true state of tantric yoga. In conclusion, the acceptance of the tantra yoga and the tantra massage practice is due to its effectiveness in reprogramming the mind and body and taking control of these elements to achieve a heightened feeling. - 14130
