It can made be as a hot or cold beverage and you can enjoy it as is or add some sweetener. Some well known teas are mint tea, green tea, and oolong tea, but there are many other types besides those. If you are not a tea drinker but you are thinking of adding it to your daily diet, here are four amazing benefits of tea.

Tea is great for your teeth. Compounds found in tea help to destroy bacteria and slow down acid production, both of which are responsible for the decay of your teeth. There are also trace amounts of fluoride, which also helps to fight cavities.
