It seems that at least one third of the adult population in our society has experienced some type of anxiety attack. More than likely you may or may not be one of the other part of the population who has never suffered from an attack. 2. Relaxation: Most people do not give their bodies the relaxation that it needs; this is because they are afraid they will be accused of being lazy. It is important to enjoy your life just as much as you do work. If you feel that your body is tense from working too much; then begin working on some "relaxation" techniques that will help you feel better.

3. Saying No: We all grew up in a society where we are taught to constantly strive for more. While this is not always a bad thing; it is important that you know how to say you have had enough.
