Just How Effective Is The Miracle Mineral Suplement?

Interestingly enough, when illness strikes or our health starts deteriorating, we usually fail to acknowledge the fact that it could be largely due to the fact that we either not eating as we should be or we're eating the wrong foods. Studies have shown that a large percentage of the food we eat is not properly digested. Of course this could be caused by many things such as failing to chew food adequately or frequent over- indulging. Likewise, we may have inherited a problem, or we may not be getting sufficient vitamins and minerals in our current diet. Even when we eat too much of a certain type of food, it can contribute significantly to the problem. Studies have shown that insufficient digestion is often the leading cause of your health. The reason for this being; when food is not broken down adequately, harmful bacteria start multiplying uncontrollably within the small intestine and this inevitably leads to putrefaction in the large colon. The small intestine and the appendix play a vital role with regards to the body's immune response. This area within the body is typically referred to as, "Gut Associated Lymphoid Tissue" (GALT). Of course, it can often take a number of years before serious illness takes a hold but one should remember that during this time, your immune system will continuously be at war with the harmful bacteria and in turn chronic inflammation will occur within a specific part of the body.

Much of this type of activity begins early on in life, and with those of us with susceptible predispositions, this will present in the form of digestive disorders and intestinal discomfort - quite often manifesting in appendicitis. Beginning at an early age, these disorders lead to gut permeability due to a weakened intestinal wall, thus giving rise to allergies and auto immune issues developing as unbroken down proteins are allowed to enter the blood stream unchecked by the immune system. Later on in life, again if left unchecked, long term gut permeability often progresses into chronic autoimmune pathologies such as rheumatoid arthritis and inflammation driven conditions.

As we age, over stimulated bowels as a youth often lead to constipation later on in life. Unfortunately, this is often accompanied with diverticulitis and hard crust-like deposits developing on the bowel lining due to the lack of bowel tone.

Essentially, when you neglect your bowel continuously for many years, harmful byproducts are then able to enter the bloodstream through the weakened barrier. When this happens, the liver, the heart, and the brain will be the first to suffer and it will happen in that particular order. The most common symptoms experienced are: irregular heartbeat, lack of concentration, frequent and chronic headaches. In fact, one should not be surprised if one encounters total liver failure.

The bowel can be likened to a city that has poor sewerage - if the waste is allowed to spill over into the streets and places of residence then it is inevitable that many will fall ill with disease. If one's bowel in congested and not working properly, waste materials begin to build up, and illness is quick to ensue.

A diet which is primarily raw can go a long way in correcting the problem over a period of time. In fact, ground linseed added to meals will help to ensure bowel stimulation. Essentially, everyone should have at least one or more bowel movements each day. This is necessary in order to ensure that waste is expelled as soon as possible before toxins have a chance to cause problems.

If you really want to overcome these diseases, you need to be willing to make certain changes with regards to your eating habits.
