Gallbladder Cleanse

By Allen Mundy

When your liver excretes waste it is sent to the gallbladder. This is where the bile is stored. The gallbladder also has another important function of helping in digesting food.

If you eat unhealthy foods such as pizza and burgers, the oils and fats from these foods end up in the gallbladder. After awhile, the fats and oils form gallstones.

If the process of gallbladder stones continues accumulating, you could face health problems down the road. At that point, many people resort to surgery to clear out the gallbladder stones.

If surgery is prohibitive to you due to high costs or you are afraid of surgery, then you might want to try a more natural remedy to getting rid of gallstones.

One of these alternative ways is to do a gallbladder cleanse. A gallbladder cleanse can be done at home and you do not need expensive medicine or devices to do it.

Before attempting the gallbladder cleanse, go see your doctor first for a check up. The gallbladder cleanse could be potentially dangerous to some people so you should have the doctor look you over first and give recommendations.

First, you need to buy some materials for the gallbladder cleanse. Go to your supermarket and pick up a bottle of apple cider, Epsom salt, olive oil, and some lemons.

For the first 6 days, you have to drink the apple juice everyday. The apple juice helps soften up the gallstones so that they can pass through your system.

At the end of the 6th day, prepare a mixture of olive oil with lemon juice. The mixture amount should be 2/3 olive oil and 1/3 lemon juice. Drink this olive oil mixture before going to bed.

In the morning mix some warm water with Epsom salt in a cup and drink down this mixture. This natural laxative will help you excrete waste along with the gallstones.

In the beginning you should try to do the gallbladder cleanse once a month. After a few months you can do it less frequently as you see fit. - 14130
