Energy Meditation - A Simple Meditation Technique

Energy can be seen as everything around us. It is everything we see, everything we feel and even everything we dream about. This is why it is most often recognized among world religions that we are spiritually connected to the universe. All you have to do is realize this simple fact which can be done by the use of energy meditation.

If interested, use the following technique to become one with all of this energy and get in touch with your inner psyche in the process. The inner psyche can also be called your imagination or even the core of your existence.

First, seat yourself in a comfortable location. Then close your eyes while taking slow deep breaths for 2 to 3 minutes. Think positively while doing your breathing to pull up your positive energy. Think about all the things you are grateful for and how you are so happy to be alive.

Next, imagine that all things are simply energy. This should include the room, floors, food and anything else around you. Just imagine them as being made up of infinite amounts of energy, buzzing around. Then imagine all of those objects have become one field of energy and it totally surrounds you. Try to envision this energy as a white light.

Imagine you are one and the same with this energy field. Your body will begin to fade away as the process is completed. You should start to feel a sense of peacefulness at this point. It should feel almost like you know what your purpose really is now and where your origins lie.

Once you have reached this state of total peace you can imagine that energy returning to its normal form. This process helps you to come back to the conscious world. You should then stay silent, with eyes closed, for a few minutes before getting up to help the transition to the current time. - 14130
