Unsafe PH Levels in Your Body are Having an Effect on Your Health

By Eagle Vale

Balancing our pH levels is one of the most important things you need to learn. Acidic pH level in human body fluids are prime environment for bacteria, virus and other undesirable menace. In order for our body's cells to function at peak capacity, your body need to ensure that its pH levels (especially your blood pH) are in slightly alkalinestate (that means with a pH of slightly over 7).

PH levels in healthy people as well as in new born babies being slightly alkaline should also be your natural state. If you don't balance your PH you won't be effectively assimilating your vitamins minerals and food suppliments. A healthy PH level will keep our bodies in a healthy state. Healthy PH levels also will prevent body order and foot fungis. You'll smell better.

Do not drink sodas anymore as they are making your PH too acidic. This causes your body to use up it's natural resources in an attempt to balance your PH level. Your body has its own stored alkaline buffers, which are mainly calcium from the bones and DNA to raise it's pH levels. The easiest and quickest way to measure your pH level is with a ph test strip that uses litnus paper. These can be purchased at drug stores, pet supply stores and pool supplies where measuring water ph. While measuring your pH level: If you are sick or have cancer simply wet a piece of Litmus Paper with your saliva 2 hours after a meal when your hunger level is neutral. When testing your saliva your PH level should be optimally at 7. However just before eating you'll find your PH level to be lower because of digestive acid. This will lower your ph level in your saliva to 6. That is normal.

Optimum ph level varies in different parts of your body. Your blood, urine, saliva, digestive juices, mucus, and the fluids inside and outside of the cells each have an optimum pH level. The healthiest pH level of your blood should be between 7.2 and 7.4. PH levels below 7 are acidic and unhealthy. PH level of 7 is neutral and PH level above 7 is considered to be alkaline or "base".

Medically tested pH levels are typically referring to the ph level of your blood. Maintaining the right pH level in your blood one of the most important things to realize for good health. According to research, the body cannot heal itself without it's pH level being slightly alkaline or 7.2 to 7.4.

Did you know that it takes 32 glasses of alkaline water to neutralize the acid from just one 12 oz. soda. Every time you consume either soda pop, coffee, tea, or even energy drinks your body has to use its own internal buffers (which come from your bone and your dna) in order to maintain your body's ph level at a healthy blood pH level of 7.2-7.4. Drinking water imbued with O2 Berry can help restore the body with it's mineral supplies and to balance it's pH level.

There's no doubt about it... Higher Alkalinity = good health.
