How to Use Cellulite Exercise So You Can Get Rid of Cellulite

By Robert Kaufman

We repeatedly see models plastered on magazines with a good looking body with no imperfections. We all want a body like that but as we get older our bodies will start to bulge here and there in places that we do not want it to. These bulges are what we call cellulite and it forms from the toxins and fats we consume over a long period of time. It starts out by invading the connective tissue and then hardening to form the lumps that can be seen. Once people discover they have this hideous looking problem, they will often try to find ways to get rid of cellulite.

One method people first use to dispose of nasty cellulite is with lotions and potions. This method does NOT work at all except to drain your pocket book of money on a useless product. There is no quick treatment for cellulite and the only way to successfully remove these ugly looking fat pockets is with cellulite exercise.

Cellulite exercise is a weight bearing work out routine that is designed to target the problem areas where the cellulite resides. These workouts aid in increasing your circulation to help drive out the toxins from your body and it aids in strengthening your muscles to help even out your skin. You will notice the change in your skin as you will be able to witness your skin tightening and the nasty cellulite bumps fading away.

One great method that you need to apply, before you begin your exercise routine, is to massage your problem areas. This boosts your blood circulation which is needed to aid your body in expelling the bad toxins from your system. This is also the best fat removal vehicle that your body can provide. The best and easiest way to do this is by using a body brush while you are taking a shower or bath.

One exercise you can execute is performing leg lifts while down on your knees. You will need to kneel down on the floor and then place your hands on the floor as well. Next you will lift one leg up until it is parallel with your back. You will have to maintain this position for at least five seconds and then you can relax that leg. You should try to aim at conducting 3 sets of this exercise with 15 repetitions for each leg.

Another fantastic exercise which will help you is to do leg lifts while lying down on the floor. To accomplish this exercise you will need to lie down on your stomach with your arms bent and tucked under your head. Then with your hips consistently touching the floor, lift your leg up backwards and hold it in that position. Next you will need to bend your foot three or four times and place it back on the ground. You should try to complete 3 sets of 15 reps for each leg.

A further exercise that will help you is to tighten your muscles while sitting on a stable chair. Once seated in a chair, place a pillow between your legs. Then you will need to try and squeeze the pillow as hard as you can by tightening your buttock and upper leg muscles, holding that position for one minute. You should try to complete 3 sets of 5 reps.

Finding out that you have cellulite in some unwanted areas can be very embarrassing for some people. After covering it up by making a change in wardrobe, many will try to get rid of this ugly fat by using some potions and lotions which will ultimately not work. Their only option is to try to get rid of cellulite with some massaging that expels the toxins and some exercising that flattens out the skin. You will find if you implement these exercise tips into your daily routine, you can get rid of the cellulite and get back to wearing the clothes you love.
