It Really Is Not Difficult To Become Clairvoyant

By Madeleine Cole

Have you ever thought you could become clairvoyant? You can, but first, you need to understand clearly what clairvoyance is. What does it mean to be clairvoyant? In fact, this is one of the most interesting areas of the paranormal, and it's a topic of discussion as well. Talk shows often include clairvoyant guests who have apparently been able to look into the audience and diagnose sickness, solve crimes, or even tell someone how many children he or she would eventually have.

Most 'experts' say that to be clairvoyant, you must possess a sense the rest of us do not have or that we have at least not developed. If one is clairvoyant, it is assumed that he gives you access to greater knowledge, a window into the future or the past -- or both, and in some cases the ability to 'hear' or see' events before they've even happened. You may be able to look into the past and see what happened previously, too.

The skill of clairvoyance works because if one is clairvoyant, he or she is able to connect with the universe at large on a spiritual level instead of on the linear level most of us are used to. When clairvoyants open up their minds and their spirits, their world becomes clearer and deeper, and they can see things most of us don't have the ability to perceive.

If you'd like to become clairvoyant yourself, you indeed can do this if you truly wish to. It's not always clear what it's going to take you 'make' you access your clairvoyant talents, but for some people, it may be a near death experience. In all cases, it's some sort of deep awakening, perhaps spiritual, that allows them to tap into this particular skill. Or, you can do it in a more roundabout (but arguably easier) way by practicing until you can access your clairvoyant skills.

To start you should take stock of your current level of paranormal powers. Why? Because everyone is born with some level of clairvoyance. In most children, their perceptions and ideas are stamped out and they are told to stop imagining things and grow up. Leading them to gradually learn to bury these feelings and thoughts to fit in with what their parents and society tell them is acceptable behavior.

To reclaim the potential buried deep inside you, use meditation to increase your self-awareness and allow you to grab hold of these thoughts. As you meditate your daily stresses and negative beliefs and thoughts will fade away, once you have released these negative vibes do not allow them back in!

When you meditate, you should focus on clarifying your thoughts and on allowing the universe to give you information about what may be able to happen next. As you work on these skills, don't try to force anything. You'll both hear and see things that you may or may not think are based in reality. It's perfectly fine not to think they're real, because the universe will know what information you'll need and will allow it to come to you. Embrace it as much as you can and learn from it. As you start out in this type of skill development, you may hear voices speaking, you may see colors were textures, or you may feel emotions that simply seem to come out of nowhere. Or, you may have very brief vision of something that's unfolding and not quite know where it's going or even what it is.

As you learn to trust your clairvoyant instincts and you become more secure in what you see, feel, hear, etc. as you meditate, this information, these visions and sounds that come to you will become sharper, clearer, and give you a better understanding of what's going on. You're what, too, can be a great tool that can help you explore your spiritual connection to the universe, and you can also expand your knowledge of the symbols and signs often found in clairvoyant pursuits by reading books, articles and other information on clairvoyance.

As you become clairvoyant, tarot cards, palm readings, interpreting dreams and learning to scry for meaning, can help you better make sense of what you see and hear. Talking to other clairvoyants is also useful at seeing how far your talent could grow.

Those who are clairvoyants have freed up their energy by releasing negatives from their lives. If you need to do this, too, take a deep look at your home, family and work life, and adjust as necessary. If there are things in your life in any of these areas that cause you to feel negative energy of any sort, you can cleanse your home or do other rituals to release negative emotions that simply 'hang around.' You can also do this with office coworkers, other work colleagues, or relatives or other acquaintances who give you chills or from whom you sense negativity of any kind. To do this, you can do what are called aura cleansings.

Cleansings don't do any harm to people, and simply purge negative energies when they need to be. To keep the cleansings' results around, you can also keep crystals in your home or imagine yourself surrounded by white light whenever you feel negative energy of any sort. Cleansings can also help you purge negative energy whenever you encounter it and it can also help you refocus. Keeping chakras cleansed in a similar manner can also help you take care of negative energy or resist it whenever it might come up.

If you want to be clairvoyant, you have to believe that you, too, have this skill. If your self-esteem is currently low or if you doubt your abilities, you can work on them so that you can fully develop your clairvoyant powers. However, you must be able to trust them fully, and to trust yourself, too. One of the things that can help you develop trust in yourself and your skills is to practice daily affirmations and to listen to that small internal voice or other internal cues that tell you what you should be doing.

Once you have developed these clairvoyant powers, you'll see how much is available to you that was previously unknown. In some cases, famous clairvoyants can become celebrities themselves, and can become authors of books on the craft, doing celebrity readings, or making television appearances. - 14130
