How to Do a Gallbladder Cleanse

The gallbladder is the organ in your body that stores the bile from the liver. It also helps in the digestion of food.

The consumption of fatty and oily foods such as pizza, fries, bacon cause the buildup of these oils and turns them into gallstones over time.

These gallstones can cause health problems to you since they cause bile to back up and bacteria to spread in your body. Once the problems escalate to pain, people eventually go to surgeon to have the gallstones removed.

However, surgery is not cheap and is quite invasive. So people have been to turning to more natural and home remedies to clear up the gallbladder.

One of these natural remedies that people are trying is the gallbladder flush. The gallbladder flush is a home remedy which does not require expensive equipment or medication.

If you want to try the gallbladder flush you should talk to you doctor first to get the OK from him. Otherwise you may end up having complications while doing the gallbladder flush.

First, you need to buy some materials for the gallbladder flush. Go to your supermarket and pick up a bottle of apple cider, Epsom salt, olive oil, and some lemons.

The entire process of the gallbladder flush should take 7 days. During the first 6 days, you should drink the apple cider daily.

On the seventh day right before bedtime, mix a third of lemon juice with two-thirds of olive oil in a cup. Drink the entire concoction and go to bed.

On the next door in the morning mix the Epsom salt with warm water and drink. This will lead you to the bathroom in an hour or so where you will rid your gallstones.
