Brain Waves and Patterns of Thinking

By Clancy Wilmut

Every human being has a unique brain wave pattern that greatly influences their reality. If you commonly experience emotions of joy and gratefulness, you know what delta brain waves feel like. On the contrary, if you have gotten angry with someone, then you know what high-beta waves make you feel like.

Your current awareness of your internal and external world is predetermined by your brain. A lot of people only wish that they could have more mental power and brain-power. Various techniques and teachings will help you to create your reality via your brain.

How can your mental state be manipulated? If you want to manipulate your brain and make it flexible, you should try listening to binaural beats. When you listen to these specialized beats, you develop brainwave synchronization.

Meditation is another technique that you may want to consider using to help you develop your brain waves. People that avidly meditate usually know how to tap into their gamma brain waves as well as their theta brain waves.

Understanding that you are also able to use yoga to quickly alter your thoughts is a cool concept to think about. When you learn to switch your state of focus and all of your brainwaves, you can feel whatever "feeling" that you want, "whenever" you want to feel it. This means that you could turn on your beta waves and feel excited or switch to theta and relax in meditation.

If you want full control over your reality, you should learn to explore various brain wave states. Each brain wave is beneficial in its own way. For example, alpha and theta brain waves are great for helping us relax.

Beta brain waves and gamma brainwaves are optimal to have when we are trying to concentrate. Finally, having delta brain-wave activity is helpful to us when we sleep because it restores our body and helps us recover. Not all people are able to control their brain waves, in fact, less than five percent of the population has the ability to control their mental state.

Are you a person that wishes you could have more mental power? Well, you actually can if you practice some brainwave exercises like yoga and guided-visualization. - 14130
